6 - Admin Quarantine

To learn how to process the Admin Quarantine, see the User Quarantine article. The quarantines are identical with the following exceptions:

To manage your Admin Quarantine emails:

  1. Navigate to Enterprise Email Filter Admin Quarantine

  2. Select the appropriate Organization, Domain and/or User from the Control Pull-downs.

  3. Click Inbound or Outbound from the Side Menu.

  4. Below, you can see there are additional filter categories available than in the User Quarantine.

  1. Search functionality is also included in the Side Menu. You can Search the administrator quarantine by keyword (i.e., the quarantine you are working with now, yours or a users). You can scope-control the search, specifying some or all fields to search in the administrator quarantine.

Keywords:

This will most likely be a sender or recipient name or domain or email address, but could be any string.

Maps to Subject column

Body

Maps to Body ... Body is only visible by clicking the Subject link of an email.
