The User Quarantine (and Administrator Quarantine) displays email held due to blocking, content, and Spam checks. Users can review, delete and deliver these emails. Spam is automatically deleted from the User Quarantine after 30 days. To directly add senders or domains to either the block list or allow list, see:
To Display your User Quarantine:
Navigate to Enterprise Email Filter → User Quarantine (This will typically be the default screen). List and Search features are made available.
To list and navigate quarantined email, click Inbound or Outbound from the Side Menu (Outbound will have far fewer messages, if any).
Your User Quarantine appears. assuming you have selected Inbound, and the Spam filter category is automatically displayed (shown below). Blacklist and Content filter categories are also available. "Sender and Recipent View" drop-down lets you view sender/recipient columns with name and/or address information.

To search quarantined email, click Search and specify search criteria.
To Process your Quarantined Email:
Review email detail by clicking on an email's Subject (yellow above). Use "Show Headers/Hide Headers" links to display or hide email tracing detail. An "Attachments" link may or may not be displayed for viewing email attachments. When reviewing an individual email, you have the following deletion and delivery options:

Remove email from quarantine, and block the Sender to route their email into the blacklist category in the future for easy review and deletion. You will receive confirmation of the addition(s) in the GUI. |

Remove email from quarantine, and block the Domain to route this domain email into the blacklist category in the future for easy review and deletion. You will receive confirmation of the addition(s) in the GUI. |

Remove email from quarantine, delivering it, and "allowing" the Sender to prevent future quarantines for this sender. |

Using the options above will process the email and return you to the Quarantine list, or you may use "Back to Messages" link to return to the Quarantine list.
Email can also be processed individually or in groups from the Quarantine list. You may check individual messages for disposition, or use "Check all" to select multiple messages for disposition. "Display:" controls the depth of the message list, which affects the scope of "Check all". You can traverse screens with Jump to:, First, Back, Next and Last. While reviewing the quarantine list, you have the following deletion and delivery options, which are basically the same as above, except they apply to "checked" messages or "All" messages, as opposed to a single message under review:
