Users may personally block undesirable domains and addresses. Explicity blocked domains or addresses cause email to be routed into the Blacklist category in the User Quarantine, where email can be reviewed, deleted, or delivered. Note that the following User Quarantine email disposition options will update the User Block List for you automatically as you review and process your quarantined email:
Delete and Block Sender
Delete and Block Domain
Delete and Block Checked Domains

To manage your User Block List directly:
Navigate to Enterprise Email Filter → User Black List
The Sender Domain field allows you to block all messages from a certain domains like viagra.com or aol.com. Simply type the domain in (no "www" necessary) and click the Add button. The blocked domain appears in a list below.
The From Address field allows you to block all messages from a certain email address like johnny@company.com or lonely@aol.com. Simply type the email address in and click the Add button. The blocked address appears in the list below.
