Users may personally "allow" good domains and addresses from well-known senders. For example, if a well-known email sender or domain continuously shows up in the User Quarantine as Spam, you can manage the User Allow List directly (below) or use User Quarantine email disposition options to update the User Allow List for you automatically as you review and process your quarantined email, as follows:
Deliver and Unblock Sender
Deliver and Unblock Domain
Deliver and Unblock Checked Senders
Deliver and Unblock Checked Domains

To directly manage your list of allowed Domains and Addresses:
Navigate to Enterprise Email Filter → User White List
The Sender Domain field allows you to automatically accept all messages from a certain domains like weather.com or yahoo.com. Simply type the domain in (no "www" necessary) and click the Add button. The acceptable domain appears in a list below.
The From Address field allows you to automatically all messages from a certain email address like elizabeth@company.com or hot2trot@aol.com. Simply type the email address in and click the Add button. The blocked address appears in the list below.
Note: Although White List domains and email addresses are expedited and forwarded ASAP to the user's inbox, they are ALWAYS scanned for viruses and other malware prior to being forwarded to the customer's network.
